How to or Can I transfer music from Windows Media Player to Ipod?

Well, there' s a lot of buzz on the internet about this, but you cannot transfer music from media player to your Ipod. No, actually you can. Ok, don't get confused. You cannot put songs directly from media player on to your Ipod. But surely there' s a trick for this. Here's the trick.

Save the media player songs in a folder on your pc. Right click on the song, go to properties and change the 'opens with' from media player to Itunes.
Simplified:-
Right click on song.
Properties.
Opens with.
Select Itunes from list.
If Itunes is not there in the list, click browse and search for Itunes.exe wherever you saved it.(probably program files).
